Holy Ghost Catholic Church

 

The Holy Ghost is the Catholic parish in Balham and more or less covers the area between Wandsworth, Clapham and Tooting Commons.
It serves a vibrant and growing Catholic community and is always ready to welcome new members. We particularly specialise in helping people understand and live their Christian faith by offering a wide variety of talks, discussions and courses throughout the year.

The Ascension Balham Hill

 

is an Anglican church serving an area between Clapham Common and Balham town centre. We are a lively, informal group of people who are aiming to love God and serve the local community. We run a variety of services and other activities in order to appeal to as many different people as possible.

We are particularly committed to helping people discover for themselves what relevance Jesus Christ might have for every day life in the Twenty-First Century.

9.30 Holy Communion (traditional Anglican liturgy)
11.00 Worship Together (lively and informal with lots for children and families) 6.30 Evening service (relaxed and informal)

Alpha course (to help people explore the Christian faith)
