We offer a diagnostic service to personal callers.  If the question is basic we will try to deal with it immediately.  Our advisers ascertain whether the client's problem is an emergency e.g. imminent threat of court action or repossession, loss of benefit.  If the case is an emergency, the client will be seen by an adviser on the day.  Non-urgent cases will be offered an appointment or referred to another agency as appropriate.

Women's Aid Federation of England (Women's Aid) is the national charity working to end domestic violence against women and children. Our mission is to advocate for abused women and children and to ensure their safety by working locally and nationally to:
